Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Client Risk and Review Team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based on the Isle of Man, this role involves supporting compliance and risk functions, with a particular focus on customer risk assessments, data cleansing, and due diligence reviews. The successful candidate will play an essential part in maintaining regulatory standards and supporting the wider trust and compliance teams through technical reviews and system updates.
Job Duties:
- Carry out Technical and Compliance reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Prepare Customer Risk Assessments for existing clients
- Assist the Trust team with data cleansing in ViewPoint following review outcomes
- Enter review notes accurately into the ViewPoint system
- Handle client due diligence using a risk-based approach
- Review and analyse potential screening matches using KYC 360
- Maintain departmental control spreadsheets
- Support the preparation and upkeep of departmental procedure manuals and policy documentation
- Keep up to date with AML/CFT legislation and regulatory developments
- Liaise effectively with the Compliance Team
- Assist with the implementation of change initiatives and business-impacting projects
- Provide additional support to the business as needed
Job Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- A Levels (or equivalent) with good grades preferred
- Certificate in Compliance or Trust and Estate Planning (desirable but not essential)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good understanding of AML/CFT legislation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
