Treasury Manager

Our client is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their Finance team on a full-time, hybrid basis, located in the Isle of Man. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing effective cash flow management, liquidity planning, and optimisation of working capital across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in building a high-performing finance function that upholds financial integrity and compliance while supporting commercial objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new banking partners and account applications
  • Manage Group bank accounts and coordinate KYC refresh activities
  • Develop and maintain ongoing liquidity reporting, ensuring the liquidity needs of Group companies are met
  • Oversee the compilation and classification of banking transactions for accurate cashflow reporting
  • Coordinate Treasury-related external audit deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across international business units and senior European management
  • Manage relationships with the Treasury and PSP teams, ensuring timely fund settlement and banking partner communication
  • Oversee the daily reconciliation of player funds across applicable licences
  • Identify and mitigate foreign exchange exposure and other financial risks
  • Lead the implementation of standardised processes and control improvement initiatives
  • Support the delivery of ad hoc Treasury projects and finance transformation activities

Job Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of relevant Treasury experience; eGaming sector experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience working across multiple jurisdictions
  • Previous management experience, including managing remote teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process controls and improvements
  • Formal Treasury qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Proven project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
