A vacancy for a Client Portfolio Manager has arisen in our client’s Isle of Man office, on a permanent basis, to be responsible for managing a small team of administrators, overseeing client management and providing very high service levels. Acting as a technical resource, you will be expected to provide guidance and training whilst also administering a portfolio of complex client entities. You will be a main point of contact for a number of key clients and you will need to develop close working relationships with them and their advisers. Proven technical skills and knowledge of the industry with a keen interest in keeping up to date with legislative changes are required along with a STEP or ICSA qualification. You will also have some experience in eGaming / digital space and have excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Our client is seeking an individual with at least 3 years’ QA Automation Testing to join their team, on a permanent basis, to be responsible for quality assurance of customer facing and back office web applications. You will lead the QA Automation testing for individual projects and functional automation requirements. This is primarily an automation testing position with but will include some manual testing. Duties include set up automation tools and framework, automation test planning, design, write and execute automation test scripts, test tool, exploratory and ad hoc testing, regression testing as well as testing at both UI and database level. Experience in programming languages such as Python and Java is essential for this role.
