Our client is seeking a Process Analyst to join them on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is focused on enhancing operational efficiency by analysing, redesigning, and improving business processes. You will play a critical part in identifying inefficiencies, optimising workflows, and supporting the implementation of digital solutions, all while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. This role will evolve over time and may require flexibility to take on additional responsibilities.
Job Duties:
- Analyse existing ‘as-is’ processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Redesign processes to reduce end-to-end timelines, eliminate waste, minimise customer effort, and promote first-point resolution
- Identify and support the implementation of digital tools, workflow solutions, and robotic process automation (RPA)
- Collaborate with key departments to document and update operational procedures in line with best practices and group standards
- Translate process changes into detailed, user-friendly procedures and workflow documentation
- Support smooth rollout of procedural improvements and digital workflow solutions
- Leverage management information (e.g. complaints, audit actions, and risk events) to inform process reviews
- Maintain focus on customer metrics including reduced turnaround times, reduced effort, first-contact resolution, and elimination of waste
- Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of key account information such as AUM and in-flight transactions
- Drive visibility and effective communication with stakeholders at critical transaction points
- Act as a role model for organisational values, fostering a collaborative and improvement-focused culture
- Lead by example, motivating colleagues to embrace change and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the reduction of operational risk through effective process design and review
- Ensure all updates align with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements including AML obligations
- Explore and implement innovative solutions that improve processes and outcomes
Job Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in financial services
- At least 2 years’ experience in process analysis and documentation with a track record of driving process improvements
- IT, Business, or similar degree-level qualification
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification
- Knowledge of operational risk and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with MI and translating insights into action
- Familiarity with workflow tools such as Enate and robotic process automation desirable
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
