Our client is seeking a Yacht Management Administrator to join their Malta-based office on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will support the yacht management team and wider yacht services function by delivering accurate and timely administrative services. You will work closely with clients, fiscal agents, and crew members, ensuring that all financial and regulatory aspects of yacht ownership and charter management are handled efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Perform daily reconciliations of client pooled accounts and sub-accounts
- Reconcile client payroll accounts, including pooled and sub-accounts
- Conduct weekly reconciliations of client card accounts
- Process and post invoices for ownership clients
- Produce financial statements and audit reports for Malta-based ownership structures
- Manage yacht charter accounts including communication with fiscal agents, VAT payments, and APA reconciliations
- Process monthly crew payroll
- Manage crew social security requirements
- Provide support to the Malta Client Services Officer and act as a substitute when required
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by the Head of Yacht Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience
- A-Level or equivalent educational qualification
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work
