Our client is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join their growing healthcare team in Guernsey. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility around working hours. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required depending on the role. This is an exciting chance to work in a supportive environment where high standards of patient care are prioritised.
Job Duties:
- Support the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with current regulations
- Assist pharmacists in managing the supply of medicines and ensuring safe dispensing practices
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records
- Provide support to patients and healthcare professionals regarding prescription queries
- Help manage stock levels and ensure all pharmaceuticals are stored and handled correctly
- Follow company policies and Guernsey regulatory guidelines at all times
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and support service development initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a pharmacy setting
- Ideally registered to practise as a Pharmacy Technician in Guernsey
- Must hold or be eligible for the appropriate employment licence for Guernsey
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards
