Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will focus on the end-to-end administration of multi-jurisdictional payrolls and comprehensive HR support. Job Duties:
- Administer monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations
- Liaise with external payroll providers and internal finance teams
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including contracts, absences, benefits, and personal data
- Maintain and update digital HR records and staff files
- Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll and HR-related queries from employees
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
- Ensure adherence to GDPR and confidentiality standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in payroll administration and HR support
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HR software; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics HR is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Confident in using own initiative and able to prioritise tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and conscientious with a high degree of discretion
