Temporary HR Systems & Data Coordinator - 9 months

Our client is seeking an HR Systems & Data Coordinator to join their central services team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimising HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and supporting the People team through reporting, analytics, and technical system management. Ideal for someone experienced in HRIS and data management within a multi-jurisdictional setting, the role offers the chance to contribute to data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics) for internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to optimise HR system functionality and user experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation, system integrations, and feature enhancements
  • Coordinate testing, upgrades and roll-out of new system features
  • Support HR projects involving system upgrades, data migration and process change
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, providing training and support to team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience using HRIS platforms, ideally Sage
  • Experience working in an HR team supporting a multi-jurisdictional business
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is desirable
