Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead a range of strategic and operational projects that support the continued success of Jersey as a leading international financial centre. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving internal improvements, managing complex project delivery, and supporting organisational transformation.
Job Duties:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring scope, time, and budget requirements are met
- Coordinate across departments to drive collaboration, shared understanding, and accountability
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues early to mitigate delivery impact
- Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Capture lessons learned and support process enhancements for future improvement
- Contribute to organisation-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Lean practices
- Provide change support and adapt to evolving priorities as needed
- Maintain high standards of project governance and promote operational excellence
- Drive measurable benefits from project outcomes aligned with strategic goals
- Celebrate and communicate project success internally
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in delivering technology change, ideally including data migration and system implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated, solution-focused, and resilient under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and an interest in Lean methodologies
