Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their fiduciary services team in the Isle of Man on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value international clients, providing tailored fiduciary management and administration services. The successful candidate will ensure that client structures are efficiently administered and that relationships are managed to the highest standards of service and compliance.
Job Duties:
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of trust and corporate clients
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of client entities in multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure all client structures comply with regulatory and internal standards
- Liaise with clients, advisors, intermediaries, and colleagues across jurisdictions
- Maintain accurate records, including minutes, resolutions, statutory filings, and financial documentation
- Identify opportunities to enhance service and build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate and supervise transaction execution, including asset transfers and distributions
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to team-wide improvements
- Assist with regulatory reporting and internal reviews as required
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in trust and corporate administration, ideally within a multi-jurisdictional environment
- Strong understanding of international fiduciary structures and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP or ICSA) is desirable
