Head, Brand & Marketing

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand & Marketing to join their team. In this full-time role, you will lead a diverse team of Business Marketing Partners to develop and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand recognition and drive demand. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Country brand across multiple jurisdictions. You will represent the marketing and communication function at executive levels and ensure alignment with broader group strategies.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver on marketing and communication initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Business Units to optimise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to meet business targets.
• Track competitors' activities and market changes to proactively manage brand reputation.
• Maintain and update communication plans and manage relationships with vendors and agencies.
• Ensure internal communication strategies align with group policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Commerce, or a related field (required).
• 8-10 years of management experience in brand marketing and communications.
• Proven experience in both B2C and B2B marketing across diverse industries.
• Proficient in vendor management and high-level executive communications.
• Experience in public relations is preferred.
