Finance Administrator

Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their Finance team. This is a full-time office-based role, operating from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The main responsibility of the Finance Administrator is to regularly process and reconcile receipts from multiple bank accounts across the company, with a focus on timely and accurate processing. Additional basic bookkeeping activities will be carried out as required by the Financial Controller.

Job Duties:

  • Processing incoming payments accurately and promptly
  • Reconciling invoices against the bank account
  • Understanding and gaining appropriate approval prior to processing receipts
  • Responding to internal customers on case and task management payment-related queries
  • Working closely with the client-facing Relationship Managers on account queries
  • Maintaining records in line with internal controls and procedures
  • Direct debit management

Job Requirements:

  • Be a confident communicator
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be comfortable with structured workflows
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team in a predictable structured role
  • Have good time management and organisational skills
  • Have experience in a financial administration role
