Senior Administrator, EMC

Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to join their dynamic EMC team. This full-time role is integral to the efficient operation of Authorised Custodians, providing vital support and expertise. The Senior Administrator will engage with various stakeholders, including Nominee Companies, Discretionary Managers, Fund Houses, Registrars, as well as liaising with internal technical teams, Financial Advisors, and Sales Consultants. This position offers a chance to make a real impact within a collaborative environment focused on high performance and professional growth. The successful candidate will perform all tasks associated with the Authorised Custodians within the EMC Team. The role involves monitoring day-to-day workflow, addressing technical queries, and contributing to report generation. The Senior Administrator will also facilitate training and support leadership in managing projects, ensuring that the team operates with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Duties:

  • Complete assigned tasks for effective EMC Business processing
  • Drive daily workflow monitoring and support timely resolution of client and partner technical queries
  • Contribute to monthly reports and team updates
  • Facilitate technical training and knowledge-sharing within the team
  • Support leadership with project management 
  • Interpret customer needs and negotiate resolutions
  • Manage and lead projects while minimising risk and resource requirements
  • Conduct quality checking, timely feedback, and coaching for team members
  • Assist in creating workflow management procedures within the EMC sub-team
  • Maintain a culture of high performance and accountability, supporting personal and team development

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Decision-making skills within established guidelines and policies
  • Effective time management to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and offering innovative perspectives
  • Awareness of the Life Assurance industry and relevant market trends
  • Familiarity with the 'Xceptor' program is advantageous; training will be provided
