Trainee / Junior Client Accountant

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Trainee / Junior Client Accountant to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to embark on a rewarding career within the Client Accounting team, primarily delivering accounting services for a diverse portfolio of company and trust structures. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager based in the Isle of Man, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues and various associates across Europe and South Africa, making a significant contribution to the organisation's success.

Job Duties:

• Assist with providing client accounting services to a portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate closely with other client support teams in various locations.
• Apply standard procedures to ensure quality service delivery to clients consistently and efficiently.
• Ensure that client records are well-organised and complete.
• Timely completion of all assigned administrative tasks.
• Accurately record all time dedicated to client matters.
• Work with colleagues on the automation of regular processes.
• Implement and maintain relevant controls for the position.
• Support other projects and ad hoc activities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office and good computer literacy.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum education level of A level or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a CSP/TSP environment is preferable but not essential.
