Administrator, Client Risk & Review Team

Our client, a prestigious firm headquartered in the Isle of Man, is looking for an Administrator to join the Client Risk and Review Team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting the wider team with your knowledge of companies and trusts. The Administrator will engage in various compliance and technical review processes, ensuring accurate data management and contributing to risk assessments. With a contract of 37.5 hours per week, the position offers a dynamic environment where professional development is encouraged. You will play a key role in maintaining the firm's compliance standards. Job Duties:

  • Complete Technical and Compliance reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
  • Prepare Customer Risk Assessments (CRA’s) for existing clients
  • Assist the Client Services team with data cleansing in Viewpoint as an outcome of the Technical/Compliance review
  • Accurately enter all review notes into Viewpoint
  • Conduct due diligence on clients based on a risk-based approach
  • Review and match potential screening hits
  • Maintain departmental control spreadsheets
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of departmental procedure manuals, policies, and documentation
  • Ensure knowledge of AML/CFT is current with recent developments
  • Liaise with the Compliance Team
  • Support the delivery of change initiatives or projects impacting the business
  • Perform any other duties as required to support the business

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • Certificate in Compliance and/or Trust Estate Practitioner is desirable but not essential
  • Prior experience in a TCSP environment in a similar role is beneficial
  • Previous experience within the Financial Services Rule Book and the AML/CFT Code would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Laserfiche and Viewpoint is an advantage
  • Strong accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative engagement and transparent communication skills
