Senior Administrator, Client Risk & Review Team

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Client Risk and Review Team. This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week. As a Senior Administrator, you will leverage your expertise in Company and Trust knowledge to provide essential technical support to the wider team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the Compliance Monitoring Programme, while also maintaining a client-focused approach. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including customer risk assessments and data management. Job Duties:

  • Complete the Technical and Compliance reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
  • Prepare Customer Risk Assessments (CRAs) for existing clients
  • Assist the Client Services team with data cleansing as a result of the Technical/Compliance review
  • Ensure all review notes are accurately entered into the system
  • Handle client due diligence on a risk-based approach
  • Review and match potential screening hits
  • Maintain departmental control spreadsheets
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of departmental procedure manuals, policies, and associated documentation
  • Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations and legislative changes
  • Liaise with the Compliance Team
  • Assist with the delivery of change initiatives or projects affecting the business
  • Undertake any other duties as required to support the business

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • Certificate/Diploma in Compliance or Trust Estate Practitioner is desirable but not essential
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a TCSP environment in a similar role
  • Previous experience working within the Financial Services Rule Book and AML/CFT Code is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Laserfiche and Viewpoint would be beneficial
