Our client is seeking a dynamic Junior HR Manager to join their Human Resources team. In this operational role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including performance management, HR project delivery, and learning and development initiatives. There will be a focused emphasis on developing early career pathways specifically for lawyers. Job Duties:
- Support the annual performance review process and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in succession planning and career development frameworks.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and communicated effectively.
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and application.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance as required.
- Lead or contribute to global and local HR projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives and improve employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS.
- Promote the effective use of HR systems and tools.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver induction programmes for new joiners, including cultural onboarding.
- Organise and manage internal and external training events for technical and critical skills development.
- Support employees pursuing professional qualifications through administrative coordination and mentoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and implement tailored development plans.
- Manage local talent development programmes including bursary schemes and internships.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning offerings in line with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Recent and relevant HR experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and sound judgement.
