Temporary Administrative Assistant - 6 months

Our client is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist the Insurance Department in processing renewals and covering Additional Premium calls while providing efficient administrative support to all team members. This role is a six-month contract from mid-November to mid-May and would be ideal for a gap year student looking to gain office experience or someone who can commit to this period.

Job Duties:

  • Deal with shipping companies
  • Renew fleets
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to bank and solicitor questions
  • Open, confirm, and close Additional Premium calls

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Exceptional attention to detail
