Our client is a prominent team in Superyacht management, situated in Guernsey. The organisation is part of a family-owned commercial shipping group headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The Crewing Administrator will be accountable for the daily administration of crew employment and payroll functions for the group of companies. This role is essential for ensuring that crew records and vessel data are accurately maintained. Additionally, the Crewing Administrator will prepare reports and documentation, including the drafting and finalising of crew employment contracts. A key aspect of the role involves liaising with internal departments to facilitate timely payments to crew members. You will also ensure that seafarers meet the specified requirements set out by the Flag State and STCW, including monitoring qualifications and compliance. Coordination of crew travel and processing of Flag State documents will be integral to your responsibilities.
