Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a permanent, full-time Business Analyst to join their team in Jersey. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the strategic initiatives of the organisation as it continues to enhance its reputation as a leading International Financial Centre. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment and will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable requirements that facilitate project delivery.

Job Duties:

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements to enable strategic project delivery.
• Use a range of workshopping techniques to elicit, validate, and refine business requirements.
• Lead the benefit realisation of both internal and external advantages using qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Remain flexible and responsive to evolving priorities, supporting the team with project and operational excellence delivery.
• Maintain transparent communication and manage stakeholder expectations to build trust.
• Train colleagues on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrable background in business analysis along with relevant qualifications.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills; ability to tailor complex processes and concepts for different audiences.
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
