Customer Service Senior Administrator

Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the transformation and future growth of their Customer Services function. This permanent role will focus on delivering market-leading service excellence for customers and advisers. The individual will be actively engaged in resolving customer and adviser queries, aiming to provide the best possible customer experience throughout the journey.

Job Duties:

  • Actively participate as a positive team member focused on enhancing customer experience in the Customer Contact area.
  • Achieve an average quality score of over 90%.
  • Attain an average weighted productivity score of over 95%.
  • Proactively identify enhancements to processes and contribute towards their implementation.
  • Understand and collate customer needs, requirements, and feedback.
  • Engage and collaborate with peers across the International Business and the wider group to share experiences and successes, thus supporting a positive customer journey.
  • Take ownership of self-development and demonstrate a desire to progress their career within the organisation.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in handling external telephone calls with clients and independent financial advisors.
  • Previous experience in the Life Assurance sector or a similar customer service-oriented industry.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits enthusiasm and a positive approach to work performance.
  • Open to adapting to change.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Minimum 5 A* - C / 9 – 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Math) or equivalent qualifications are essential.
