Group Financial Controller

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial planning within the organisation. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions. The successful candidate will lead a team of finance professionals and will play a critical role in the development and execution of financial strategies. Job Duties:

  • Oversee all financial operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.

Job Requirements:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role, ideally within a group structure.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
