Our client is currently seeking two Client Services Associates to join their Administration Services department. This full-time role is based in the Isle of Man and is vital to the smooth operation of the Customer Service team. The successful candidates will play an integral part in managing a wide range of inbound queries from clients and advisors, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. The Client Services Team is committed to providing high-quality service, and these roles are essential for achieving departmental objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Candidates will be expected to maintain accurate documentation of communications and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues effectively. Job Duties:
- Actively contribute to the successful delivery of departmental objectives and personal development plans.
- Collaborate as part of a team to foster a “one team” approach within Client Services.
- Take ownership of queries and see them through to a satisfactory resolution.
- Support ongoing reviews and updates of procedures within the team.
- Accurately and efficiently complete assigned administrative tasks.
- Ensure customer and advisor queries are managed from receipt until expectations are met.
- Review, chase, and close pended work within expected timescales.
- Proactively approach problem-solving and implement actions in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain timely and professional contact with stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and sharing best practices within the team.
- Foster a proactive working culture and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Take personal responsibility for the integrity of data management.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience handling external telephone calls and emails with clients and independent financial advisors.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to actively participate in improving current processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in the life assurance or a similar customer service-based industry is desirable.
- Experience with new business and policy serving is desirable.
- Inquisitive nature with a willingness to highlight concerns, particularly relating to KYC and CDD.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Finscan is desirable.
