Our client currently has a permanent position available within the Customer Services New Business department for an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing new business applications to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards, specifically concerning Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing controls. This role includes ensuring that new business applications are accepted and processed in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures. Additionally, the Administrator will be required to contact Financial Advisers and Customers to request any outstanding information needed for the application process. The position demands a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, which are essential to effectively carry out these duties. This is a full-time role, and the client is looking for a dedicated team player to contribute to the department's success.
