Our client is seeking a Resourcing Senior Associate to join their team in either Guernsey or Jersey. This full-time role involves contracted hours of 37.5 per week. The Senior Associate will play a vital role in supporting Resource Managers with the staffing and deployment of employees across the organisation’s dynamic professional services offerings, which include Advisory, Tax, Audit, and other assurance services. This position is ideal for an individual eager to advance their career, willing to provide support to the Resource team and wider stakeholders. Successful candidates will be adept at self-management and personal responsibility, with strong organisational skills that will enable them to prioritise and manage their workload effectively. A customer service mindset and good technical skills are essential, as well as the ability to keep abreast of current and emerging technologies.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with Resource Managers and Engagement Managers in staff allocation for various engagements.
- Assist Engagement Managers with immediate resourcing issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Work alongside Engagement Managers to resolve booking conflicts.
- Manage staff member time-off requests.
- Assist Engagement Managers with engagement budgets.
- Review time charged to confirm accuracy.
- Manage communication updates between Engagement Leads and Engagement Managers.
- Reconcile engagement budgets to live resource bookings.
- Support the wider resource team with tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must hold their own right to work in Guernsey or Jersey; work permits are not available for this role.
