Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Executive for a permanent, full-time position based in Guernsey. As a Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will support the Senior Brand Manager and the wider Brand Marketing team in bringing the brand to life throughout the customer journey, from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career or currently working in a project-focused or operational role, who is eager to transition into a more creative, brand-led environment. The role will be pivotal in delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns, coordinating activities across teams and agencies, and ensuring the brand is presented consistently and confidently across all customer touchpoints.
Job Duties:
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in the development of branding assets and documentation.
- Work with the brand team to champion the brand throughout the organisation, increasing awareness and engagement with brand positioning, audience segmentation, targeting approaches, and tone of voice.
- Serve as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across the customer journey.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies, third-party suppliers, brands, and partnerships.
- Assist in the development of compelling marketing campaigns, aligning with wider marketing teams for seamless integration.
- Disseminate campaign assets and information to all channels within the business.
- Write briefs for media agencies and creative teams in support of the Senior Brand Manager.
- Act as a key point of coordination between agencies, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Manage the day-to-day media plan, keeping it updated from the media agency, ensuring designers are informed of deadlines and creating codes as per plan.
- Oversee timelines, assets, and delivery schedules to ensure campaigns run smoothly and assets are delivered punctually to printers or publishers.
- Deliver and measure against agreed KPIs to drive new customer acquisition.
- Assist in analysing campaign performance and brand metrics, using insights to inform future activities.
- Support test-and-learn activities across channels and new acquisition opportunities.
- Keep abreast of competitors, category trends, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Make recommendations for new customer acquisition opportunities to the Head of Brand Marketing and Senior Brand Manager.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, accruals, and reporting for the Head of Brand Marketing and Senior Brand Manager.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly brand performance updates, collating team reports and using data to inform future campaigns.
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand Marketing on ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in a role that involves coordination, delivery, or project support (marketing, corporate, administration, or similar).
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- An interest in branding, consumer behaviour, and creative marketing.
- Comfortable with basic data analysis and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
