This role requires a strong HR application background and offers the chance to be a vital part of an ambitious and friendly in-house Applications team. As a member of the Application Support & Development team, you will be entrusted with the support and maintenance of the applications utilised by the organisation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work predominantly with HR-specific applications such as HCM, ATS, Learning, and Payroll, while also expanding integrations to other core applications. Collaboration with various teams, including third parties and HR colleagues, will be crucial in identifying requirements and delivering enhancements.
