Our client is seeking to employ two Crew Administrators as they expand their team. The roles range from junior to senior levels, with the senior positions requiring experience in crew or marine industries, yacht experience, or relevant skills such as payroll management. Job Duties:

• Support the Crewing Manager with administrative tasks related to crew management.
• Maintain accurate records of crew members and their qualifications.
• Assist with payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Handle correspondence and communication with crew members.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and assist with team-related activities.
• Participate in training and development to further career prospects.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in crew or marine industries is preferred for senior roles; relevant administrative experience is suitable for junior roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate workload demands.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• No work permits required.
