Client Support Administrator / Officer

Job Duties:

  • Undertake periodic and trigger event reviews for new and existing client entities, ensuring reviews are concise and accurate
  • Review CDD documents received and assess the certifier
  • Communicate effectively to ensure objectives and initiatives are cascaded to the team
  • Support the Client Support Senior Manager in specific role-related tasks
  • Accurately record time and submit timesheets promptly
  • Assist the Administration Teams to allow for a focus on client relationships
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of control documents, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Understand key risks, legal, regulatory, and AML obligations to evaluate their impact on operations
  • Promote a culture of compliance by fostering strong relationships within the organisation

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar support role
  • Proven track record in the offshore financial services industry, specifically in administering trust and company structures
  • Experience implementing CDD policies and procedures during client file reviews
  • In-depth understanding of Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, and Proliferation Financing regulations
  • Familiarity with NavOne is advantageous; however, training will be provided
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend regulatory and policy requirements concerning various structures
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capacity to explain technical details clearly and effectively
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Proactive in owning personal training and development
