Job Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while demonstrating professional conduct and integrity
- Provide holistic wealth advice focused on pensions, investments, and overall wealth planning
- Maintain ongoing proactive client servicing to accommodate their financial needs
- Ensure compliance with current advice standards, regulations, and internal procedures
- Carry out necessary administrative tasks related to client interactions
- Recommend suitable financial products and services tailored to client expectations
- Engender strong relationships with clients to inform them about the wealth management services available
- Contribute to local business development efforts and manage client mandates
- Participate actively in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Conduct suitability reviews for clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met
- Collaborate with Client Administration and Client Services teams to ensure timely processing of client business
- Network with professionals within the industry to promote the firm's services
- Present technical subjects confidently at seminars and conferences
- Engage in company-wide projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency
- Conduct individual client consultations and maintain thorough documentation of meetings
- Keep informed of industry best practices and market trends
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery across teams
Job Requirements:
- Level 4 qualified with a relevant financial planning qualification
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a wealth planning role
- Strong understanding of financial planning products and practices
- Competence in providing wealth planning advice under T&C policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Familiarity with financial planning software, such as XPlan and Voyant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various audiences
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with regulations
- Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach to work
