Junior Business Partner, People & Culture

Our client is seeking a Junior Business Partner within the People & Culture team to provide advisory services and support to business stakeholders. This role primarily involves understanding stakeholder requirements and analysing the appropriate toolkits to address them. The Junior Business Partner will support the overall people experience within their allocated portfolios, integrating and analysing data to resolve issues and escalate complex inquiries as necessary. This position acts as a people champion, facilitating and coordinating all People & Culture activities and projects to support a transforming organisation. The successful candidate will address technological concerns of internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and maintain data integrity within the People & Culture systems. The role is full-time and offers an opportunity to make an impact within the organisation.

Job Duties:

  • Provide business partnering advisory services to stakeholders by analysing requirements.
  • Support the overall people experience within allocated portfolios, resolving problems as they arise.
  • Facilitate and coordinate People & Culture activities and projects.
  • Advise business stakeholders on the application of People & Culture policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on people movements to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
  • Maintain accurate people-related data within core systems.
  • Process onboarding functions and support successful integration of new staff.
  • Track and monitor key People & Culture metrics to identify trends.

Job Requirements:

  • First degree in Human Resources is required; a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences is preferred.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in People & Culture management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in support of business objectives.
  • Understanding of the People & Culture impact measures is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of policies and governance frameworks within the People & Culture domain.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and managing multiple tasks.
