Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - 4 - 6 months

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary role lasting between 4 to 6 months. This position requires an individual with a profound understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a keen ability to engage with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will play an integral role in sourcing and selecting top talent to meet the organisation's needs. Job Duties:

  • Adhere to relevant People and Culture data policies, ensuring consistent management of quality data.
  • Employ an understanding of the organisation's talent acquisition strategy to identify and utilise appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business counterparts to understand resourcing needs.
  • Implement efforts to digitise talent acquisition solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams to create robust solutions that address workforce challenges.
  • Engage in the development of pipelines for potential applicants by employing predetermined sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Participate in recruitment initiatives, promoting the organisation's brand and recruitment values.

Job Requirements:

  • A first degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or relevant specialisation.
  • Strong ability to utilise data and technology effectively in the recruitment process.
  • Proficient in communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating information clearly.
  • Experience in implementing agile methodologies in talent acquisition practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for data interpretation and dashboard management.
  • Ability to manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.
