Trainee Conveyancer

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Conveyancer to join its busy property team. Job Duties:

• Assisting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
• Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Conducting property searches and due diligence checks
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Managing files and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required
• Developing knowledge of local property law and conveyancing procedures

Job Requirements:

• Strong academic background (A-levels or equivalent required; legal studies beneficial but not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional and client-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
