Marketing & Administration Executive

Our client offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing start-up on the Isle of Man as a Marketing & Administration Executive. This role can be approached on either a full-time basis for 35 hours per week or part-time, depending on the candidate's preference. The position allows for flexible working arrangements and is fully remote. As the Marketing & Administration Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's early success by creating and executing engaging marketing strategies across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass content creation, social media management, and administrative support, making this a versatile and creative role. With full training provided for any administrative tasks, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the agency.

Job Duties:

  • Manage all company social media channels.
  • Create regular and engaging content (including posts and stories) for all company social media channels.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with property launches, campaigns, seasonal activity, and brand messaging.
  • Ensure all social content aligns with website listings and overall brand identity.
  • Monitor engagement and performance across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, making data-driven decisions to enhance reach and enquiries.
  • Create bespoke marketing plans for each property and manage them from launch to completion.
  • Lead and deliver marketing initiatives across new instructions and sales activity.
  • Promote properties, valuations, open days, and local market updates in collaboration with homeowners and the internal team.
  • Attend property launches, viewings, open days, and events to capture high-quality photography and video.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan and take responsibility for executing agreed strategies.
  • Manage CRM marketing activity, including regular email campaigns to buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure all digital and printed materials meet brand guidelines, including brochures, emails, social content, videos, and advertising collateral.
  • Identify local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Write monthly blogs, news articles, and market updates for the website to support brand authority and SEO.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the agency, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Highly personable and comfortable engaging with clients, suppliers, and the local community.
  • Professional and confident communicator across written, visual, and verbal channels.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and agile, while also self-sufficient and capable of managing their own workload.
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Holder of a full, clean driving licence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experienced in marketing, PR, and social media, preferably in a hands-on role.
  • Skills in content creation across social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Competent in using design tools like Canva to create polished, on-brand visuals.
  • Comfortable with photography and videography, including basic editing skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their appropriate use to support content creation and workflow.
  • Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
