Jersey Advocate, Dispute Resolution

Our client is seeking a Jersey Advocate to join their Dispute Resolution department. This role is ideal for a professional with previous experience in a Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Jersey Advocate with 0-3 years of relevant experience, capable of handling litigation efficiently. The role offers a dynamic environment where you are expected to manage your own casework while providing expert legal support and advice to clients. You will possess strong drafting skills and have the ability to conduct thorough legal research. This position promotes autonomy, and you will be expected to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a flexible and fast-paced setting. Job Duties:

• Manage own casework, providing expert legal support and advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research effectively.
