Senior Associate Dispute Resolution

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of contentious matters for both individuals and organisations, including multi-jurisdictional cases. The successful candidate will be involved in financial services, contentious insolvency matters, regulatory investigations, fraud and asset tracing, and more. The position allows for a blend of independent work and collaboration with more senior lawyers and partners. Candidates will have the chance to manage their own caseload while assisting in larger, complex cases. This position is full-time with opportunities for further professional development and growth within the firm.

Job Duties:

• Work on a diverse range of contentious matters, both independently and under supervision.
• Manage a varied and complex caseload effectively.
• Assist on larger and more complex cases as required.
• Participate in financial services disputes, contentious insolvency, regulatory investigations, and enforcement.
• Handle cases related to fraud, asset tracing, employment, medical negligence, and personal injury.
• Engage in professional negligence and property and construction disputes.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Attorney.
• 2-5 years' post qualification experience in civil and/or commercial litigation, preferably in the relevant areas.
• Proactive and confident team player with a collaborative working approach.
• Strong ability to identify key issues and effectively utilise time and resources.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to engage in the growth of the firm.
• Excellent oral, written, organisational, and time management skills.
