Legal Administration Support

This role involves providing reliable and conscientious support for lawyers within a dynamic legal environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks including typing, handling PA duties, preparing court bundles, filing, billing, conveyancing administration, and Wills registration. Additional responsibilities will encompass setting up new clients and covering Compliance/AML functions as required. The position is designed for an individual with 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience. Hours of work are full-time, and the role requires a proactive and can-do mindset, alongside strong skills in Microsoft applications. Job Duties:

  • Handle typing and PA duties
  • Prepare court bundles and manage filing
  • Oversee billing and conveyancing administration
  • Register Wills and set up new clients
  • Provide cover for Compliance/AML functions as needed
  • Assist lawyers with a variety of hands-on tasks

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards tasks
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
