The role of Client Relationship Manager within Yacht Ownership Services requires an experienced professional to manage an expanding fleet of yachts and deliver bespoke support to an international clientele. This opportunity involves overseeing a portfolio of yacht-owning entities while ensuring impeccable service delivery, accurate administration, and proactive coordination across all yacht ownership matters. The position demands an individual with a proven track record in client relationship management, particularly within the fiduciary arena, and entails leading a team of dedicated professionals. The role entails interaction with yacht owners, family offices, professional advisers, and other key stakeholders to foster long-term relationships and enhance the ownership experience. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high service standards and ensure seamless communication while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements. It may involve some business travel and occasional work outside normal hours.
Job Duties:
- Lead and develop a team responsible for a portfolio of superyacht owners, fostering high-value relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a discreet and responsive ownership experience.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's requirements, proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee SPVs and associated structures while liaising regularly with clients and various service providers.
- Coordinate day-to-day client matters, ensuring exceptional service standards and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct regular client service reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate relationship records and transaction histories, adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance, service delivery, and outstanding actions, taking ownership of client matters.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by anticipating needs and building trusted relationships.
- Ensure ownership documentation, statutory records, and client correspondence are maintained to high standards.
- Review and coordinate yacht-related contracts and support transactional matters for the Head of Yacht Ownership.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to resolve client queries efficiently and ensure seamless execution of instructions.
- Oversee administration of yacht-owning SPVs, ensuring compliance and professional management.
- Seek ways to increase the client base and revenue while upholding best practice standards.
- Consistently apply governance standards and risk management procedures across the Yacht Services division.
- Maintain a strong understanding of offshore company principles and practices.
- Take responsibility for all work, including delegation to the administration team, whilst meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years fiduciary experience.
- Strong time management and organisational skills for prioritising client matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
