Client Accountant

Our client is seeking a Client Accountant based in the Isle of Man to deliver accurate, timely, and professional accounting services to a diverse portfolio of client entities. This permanent full-time position plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall mission of providing thoughtful, personal, and high-quality service to every client. The primary responsibility encompasses the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and VAT returns while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and professional advisers to provide accurate financial information and maintain adherence to regulatory compliance. Your efforts will support excellent client service and contribute significantly to the business's performance through achieving essential recovery rates and billing targets.

JOB DUTIES:

• You will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of financial statements, tax returns, and VAT returns.
• You will ensure consistent compliance with regulatory requirements and established internal procedures.
• You will contribute to business performance by achieving recovery rates and billing targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A qualification as ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent would be advantageous.
• You should have three or more years of accountancy experience.
• Experience in preparing company accounts is essential.
• Experience within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) sector would be advantageous.
