Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and pro-active, fully qualified Senior Financial Planning Manager to join their growing independent financial services organisation with a diverse and established client base. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, providing personal and corporate advice across all areas of financial planning. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships whilst ensuring the client’s needs are met effectively. JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients covering all aspects of financial planning, including both personal and corporate advice.
- Deliver regulated financial advice in accordance with Isle of Man regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.
- Provide exceptional client service with a client-centric approach that builds long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving business growth against expectations, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
- Utilise strong technical knowledge across a range of financial planning products and services to meet client needs.
- Engage in continuous professional development through the attainment of qualifications and staying updated with industry changes and regulatory requirements.
- Foster excellent communication and relationship management skills to effectively develop business opportunities and collaborate with clients and colleagues alike.
- Exhibit high levels of professionalism, integrity, and commercial awareness in all interactions to uphold the organisation’s reputation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Level 4 qualification through the CII, CISI or LIBF, or equivalent, and be working towards Level 6, if not already attained.
- Demonstrable adviser competence in accordance with Isle of Man regulations.
- Significant experience in delivering regulated financial advice in the Isle of Man or UK.
- A proven track record of achieving business growth against expectations.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of financial planning products and services.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
- A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and commercial awareness.
