JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Some exposure to the management of regulatory risk in a large financial institution is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is required to deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • Proven influencing skills that garner cooperation from colleagues and relationship managers while giving appropriate priority to regulatory matters are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively informing and persuading others both orally and in writing.
  • Persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to complete projects within specified deadlines are expected.
  • Ability to operate independently and escalate matters appropriately with confidence is essential.
  • Strong personal organisation and planning skills, alongside proven time management skills, are necessary to meet deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in using AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Copilot, to improve efficiency, generate insights, and support decision-making is beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of account-opening tools and techniques, KYC/CDD processes, and a thorough understanding of corporate client structures to facilitate the collection of due diligence and compliance with local regulatory requirements are required.
  • Knowledge of FATCA and CRS requirements is essential.
