Advocate

Our client is a well-established firm celebrating 35 years in operation, offering a full range of legal services. They are currently seeking an Advocate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join their team. This full-time permanent position involves working directly with clients and managing a diverse caseload while having the opportunity to influence the future growth of the practice. The firm prides itself on fostering strong, long-term client relationships and values individuals who are adaptable and eager to engage in a range of legal matters.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee a diverse caseload, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Provide strategic legal advice and support across various practice areas.
• Engage with clients directly, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to case management and client service.
• Stay informed on relevant legal developments and apply this knowledge to client matters.

Job Requirements:

• A qualified Advocate with at least 3 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in developing long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of both domestic and international legal matters is desirable.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Manx advocates or UK qualified solicitors willing to requalify.
