Senior Administrator, Client Services x 2 - Guernsey

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for two Senior Administrators, to join our client’s Client Services team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 6-8 months, to provide a high level of administration.  You will be responsible for a portfolio of more complex / higher value accounts, liaising directly with clients and professional advisers in relation to ‘business as usual’ administration matters and assisting with ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This brilliant role will suit someone who possesses good organisation and time management skills, a high level of attention to detail, knowledge of a variety of tax compliance and commonly used tax structuring, and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA.

Assistant Associate, Client Services - Jersey

This is an exciting 10 month fixed-term position to work as an Assistant Associate, Client Services, covering a maternity leave. The role will involve providing administrative support to the Client Services Team by preparing payment instructions for review by the team leader, drafting routine correspondence and e-mails and answering client queries on the phone. This role uses in-house IT systems and so you will show willing to develop a basic knowledge of these and the administration required in managing various asset types. The successful candidate will have a  strong academic record and the ability to develop a basic understanding of trust / company law and good communication skills, organisational and time management skills.

Our client is seeking an individual with at least 5 years’ relevant experience to join their growing team on a full-time temporary contract as a Senior Trust Officer. You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of varied trusts and companies within a team environment and support the team manager as necessary. Your key duties will include verbal and written communications with clients and their advisers, management of entity bank / broking facilities, timely action of entity payment requirements, preparation of file notes of telephone conversations, billing and collection of entity fees and preparation of client reporting.
