Our client is seeking a Part / Qualified Accountant with Big4 experience to join their growing, independent firm. Job Duties:
- Provide accountancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns
- Work with senior colleagues to provide strategic advice to clients on accounting and financial matters
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing regular updates and advice
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
- Assist with audits, preparing workpapers and supporting the audit process
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
Job Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Experience working within a Big4 firm or a similarly dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Pro-active, motivated, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
