Our client is seeking candidates with between 2 to 8 years’ experience in Trust administration, from Administrator through to Manager level, to join their team on a permanent basis. Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle day-to-day client transactions, requests, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and resolve technical and administrative issues with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all statutory filings and regulatory obligations are met.
- Liaise effectively with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues across departments.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff, where appropriate for your level.
- Ensure high standards of client service and adherence to agreed internal controls and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Trust administration, with opportunities available up to Manager level.
- A sound understanding of fiduciary services, including the administration of trusts, companies, and foundations.
- Working knowledge of local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. STEP or ICSA) or working towards them would be advantageous.
