Senior Catering Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Catering Manager to lead and enhance their fresh food departments. This full-time position involves managing, training, and developing teams while driving improvements and meeting customer needs. The role requires a six-day working week with early start and finish times.

 

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and develop fresh food departments, focusing on meat and fish specifications.
  • Train and manage the fresh food teams, ensuring high performance.
  • Understand and fulfil specific customer requirements.
  • Implement and monitor H.A.C.C.P procedures and ensure compliance with Level 3 Food Safety standards.
  • Manage the ordering, storage, and stock control of fresh food items.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the catering industry, particularly fresh meat and fish.
  • Certified to Level 3 Food Safety in Catering.
  • Familiarity with H.A.C.C.P procedures.
  • Experience in managing fresh food operations, including stock control.
  • Leadership and team development skills.
