Tax Assistant / Tax Consultant

Our client is seeking a Tax Consultant to support their tax department with compliance and advisory services. This full-time role suits candidates with at least one to two years of tax experience, offering growth opportunities within a professional environment.

Job Duties:

• Prepare Isle of Man and UK personal and corporate tax returns.
• Assist with VAT compliance, including quarterly VAT return preparation.
• Prepare client financial statements to support tax returns.
• Perform client acceptance procedures, including KYC, CDD, and risk assessments.
• Support Tax Managers and Directors in client meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one to two years’ experience in tax roles.
• AAT or ATT qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate work efficiently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
