Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service for a varied portfolio of clients in the Real Estate Funds sector. The role also includes supervising and developing junior team members while ensuring high standards of client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
- Administer a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately.
- Liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis and provide timely responses to their needs.
- Manage client regulatory documentation, including NRL returns and HMRC filings where appropriate.
- Supervise, coach, and delegate tasks to junior members of staff, ensuring efficient work completion.
- Review payment instructions and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate the preparation of board packs and perform the first review.
- Draft minutes and review drawdowns and distributions.
- Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and accounts.
- Request and monitor CDD, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Perform first reviews of work and correspondence carried out by junior team members.
- Assist managers with elements of the periodic review process and manage transactional activity.
- Help the onboarding department with incorporations and carry out terminations of entities.
Job Requirements:
- Studying for or a willingness to study for a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, or Diploma in Fund Administration).
- At least 5 years of relevant industry administration experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing a portfolio.
- Strong understanding of local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements, and working practices.
- Ability to supervise and develop junior team members.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software.
