Job Duties:
- Participate in the ICAEW training programme for ACA qualification.
- Receive practical experience in audit and assurance services under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to carry out audits and statutory reporting.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Work with clients to provide audit services, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of training and progress.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- For graduates: A minimum 2:1 degree in a recognised academic subject.
- For school leavers: A minimum of 300 UCAS points and Entitled or Entitled-to-Work employment status within Jersey.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate initiative.
- Determination and drive to succeed in a professional training programme.
- Knowledge and understanding of the ACA training programme and its requirements.
