Our client is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent on a permanent basis where you will effectively handling travel bookings and enquiries over the phone, whilst maintaining a superior standard of customer service in order to achieve the company's sales and service targets. You will book and package the product range including, flights, accommodation and transfers. Working in a team environment, the role is focused on service excellence and being the expert on the product range. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and team skills, with the ability to multitask.
